Overall had nice stay for the first two nights of the stay. The room was tidy with good facilities and the staff AMICABLE. Particularly good and easy location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. The airport was 20 minutes drive from the place. Everything was simply nice.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. With prices starting at just RM75 per night, it was definitely worth every penny. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and even store my luggage at the reception. The hotel's location was convenient, situated near many local cafes and just a stone's throw away from the airport and Padungan area.

The hotel could improve on its soundproofing as the walls did not isolate any noise from the nearby pub with loud music past midnight.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location, near a large roundabout in the city centre, makes it convenient for exploring Chinatown and getting to Kuching airport. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities are in place and that the rooms have good facilities. Plus, having breakfast included is a bonus.

The lack of soundproof walls.

The hotel's location was convenient to visit nearby attractions but was surrounded by a noisy street that made it hard to sleep. The room was adequately furnished with well-placed lights, and the air conditioning was efficient. The bathroom was well-cleaned, and the hot shower was comforting.

The hotel's lift was not in good condition and felt unreliable, causing some discomfort during my stay.

The hotel provided complimentary breakfast and in-room Wi-Fi, which made our stay convenient and budget-friendly. the location was superb, with various restaurants, bars, and shopping centers within walking distance. We loved the stunning decor of the room and the outstanding amenities offered, making our Easter weekend more enjoyable.

The bathroom's ventilation needs improvement, and we got bitten by some bugs at night. Although reception staff were helpful, it would have been nice if they could have provided more information about the local area and guided us to nearby attractions.

Additionally, the hotel staff were accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage early and facilitating an easy check-in.

There was nothing we didn't like during our three-night stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location near the entrance to Chinatown was perfect for exploring the city center. The staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with good facilities and no soundproof walls. Additionally, the breakfast included in the price was a great value for money.

The only small issue was the internet connection, which could be improved.
